Not since the Madison Avenue typing pool got a look at their first Xerox machine has there been so much excitement over a product that wasn’t designed by Steve Jobs.
There’s a new coffee machine at videobred and so far the consensus is the Starbucks down the street is going to be out of business before you can say grande-non-fat-no-whip-sugar-free-vanilla-latter. With our new machine – the Rolls Royce of coffee makers, if you will – the hot water is hotter, the coffee is coffee-er, and even at the peak of its brew cycle, the loudest noise comes from the electric clock. (An electric clock – hot damn! Oh, the technological wonders!)
