Dinosaurs Alive

It was just another day’s play to shoot this commercial for the zoo’s new dinosaur exhibit. The crew broke out the arts and crafts supplies to create a prehistoric PeeWee’s Playhouse world, complete with a huge on-screen volcano that was actually only 1-inch tall in real life. All the elements were shot individually with the Canon 7D and then composted together in post-production. Simple animation gives the video a playful, vintage feel.
