Vision

At Videobred, we help you tell your story, and the first step is getting to know you better. We are committed to building long-lasting relationships with our clients based on understanding your culture and goals.

We also believe that video is the best media for engaging, entertaining, educating and building long-lasting relationships with your customers and community. We are passionate about our jobs and are always learning the latest techniques to add even more impact to the video and multimedia we produce.

We never stop growing, either as professionals or as a company.

Process

Collaboration is the essence of working with Videobred. We employ a multi-step creative process to ensure client input during each phase of the project:

  • Needs Analysis
  • Research/Concept Development
  • Treatment
  • Script
  • Production
  • Post-Production
  • Review
  • Online
  • Delivery

We use common collaboration and file-sharing tools to work closely with our clients – no matter where they are – through each step of production, from research and scriptwriting to sound design to post-production.

This creative partnership, coupled with our attention to detail, creates amazing stories.

History

When Videobred began in 1979, our first client was New Zion Baptist Church in our hometown of Louisville. Although we now produce media for organizations across the nation, we still tape services for the church − for almost the same price.

As teenagers, Videobred’s founders developed a passion for the ponies by cutting school and crawling through a hole in the fence at nearby Churchill Downs. The “bred” in Videobred pays homage to this love for thoroughbred racing. As for “video” – you get it.

Formerly the home of furniture craftsmen, Videobred’s 150-year-old building near downtown is often praised by clients for its feng shui serenity. Some folks believe it’s haunted, but we don’t have any video proof of that, and we have tried!

Videobred alumni have gone on to work on such hit TV shows as Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, Home Improvement and Breaking Bad.
